TO DO

  • Work (1 meeting, 1 training class)
  • Mail package
  • Clean!!!
  • Get groceries
  • Finish laundry
  • Buy a surprise πŸ™‚

SHOPPING LIST

  • Drinks
  • Snacks
  • Sweets
  • Lunch Meat
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese
  • Veggies
  • Fruits (?)
  • Air fresheners (Febreeze, plug-ins)

That’s all I can think of now.

Most of the cleaning is not deep cleaning, so it shouldn’t take too long. It’s mostly straightening up and putting things away. The challenge will be keeping Aidan (and Chris) from messing up what I’ve cleaned. *sigh*

I have seven emails that need my attention. Music playlists to put together. And a body that is crying, CRYING for rest. But a mind that’s not keen on letting it do so.

I’m just about finished up on the PC for the night, and I hope to be in bed before midnight for once. I’m pretty tired and might need some Red Bull tomorrow. o.O

Signing off another pointless update. πŸ˜€

Nothing.

Aww, Google is all dressed up again:

Gathered at Chad & Christy’s to watch a video of the play tonight. It was neat. Rob came over, which is always happy. Tomorrow we head back over for a party. Aidan was so cute tonight. He was very good there, and tonight he took a bath and then put himself to bed. In “mommydaddy bed” of course, but still. Soo cute, huh?

I have FOUR meetings tomorrow. FOUR. That is cruel, I am sorry. But it is. I’m going to be getting pages on Thursday (supposedly) and I need to get my files ready. Lots of paper. Lots. NO time for meetings.

But alas. They must occur.

And it’ll be good.

I’m off. Later! πŸ™‚

Most Definitely a Night Owl

It’s almost midnight and I have no interest in sleeping at the moment. As soon as the Sun comes up, though, I’m going to want to crawl under the covers and lose myself in my dreams. Why is that?

I don’t *think* I’m a vampire, although I was quite obsessed with them when I was 17. I thought vampires were the coolest things ever.

Something about the night, when everyone else is asleep, makes me feel calm. It’s so quiet. I love Friday nights because I know that I can stay up late, and I have the entire Saturday to relax and recover. I write, I connect with my friends on the West Coast who are 3 hours behind me. I come alive when the Sun goes away which is so weird because I LOVE the Sun.

Lots on my mind, lots to think about and mull over. Not a lot of time, though.

I should attempt to sleep, though. At least get a shower. LONG day tomorrow.
