My mom and sister were here. We went and got them on Friday, then brought them back to our place to spend the weekend. Friday night we all went to the Ohio State Fair. Strangely enough, I didn’t make a pig out of myself like I usually do. 🙂 I only had corn, french fries, some of Chris’s turkey leg, and a deep fried Twinkie. The Twinkie was definitely the highlight of the night!!! As well as the designer knockoff sunglasses.
It was good to see my sister. I haven’t seen her in over a year. Since before I had Aidan. That’s a long, long time. 🙁 But I got to spend time with her–and it was weird after we dropped her off. I kept wanting to turn around and act stupid with her, but she wasn’t there. It’s amazing the void that formed already.
We went to church Sunday morning and that was awesome. I missed having lunch with my friends after, but it’s okay. Mommy and Leah and safely installed at home, and the Davis’s are installed here. 😉
