Reasons why today is GOOD:

1. I got to hang out with Emily (yoimemily) this afternoon. She rocks. I love her.
2. I did a bad thing, but the bad thing is REALLY awesome for me. WOO! Emily <3 knows all about it. *wink*
3. I got to talk to Tyler online. He’s good people.
4. I didn’t have to work.
5. IT’S FRIDAY!

Off to a wedding rehearsal, and then off to do whatever afterwards. Wanna hang out later? Call my cell. Word!

Fun Stuff! :)

I had dinner at Katie’s (live4himalways) tonight. It was so much fun. Just girls. Me, Katie, and her mom. Well, Aidan too. He’s not a girl, but he’s a baby, sort of. ANYWAY. Katie’s mom is an EXCELLENT cook. I mean WOW. Dinner was so yummy. We had beef and noodles and yummy sour dough biscuits. I’d been looking forward to it all day–the good food and the time with Katie and her mom.

Guess what? I played a chord on the guitar. YES! I played a D. A GOOD D! And I played 2 notes on Katie’s flute, but I don’t know which ones they were. When I was leaving, Katie’s mom said “Katie loves you, and I can see why.” 🙂

So, Katie and her mom warned me of the painful sacrifices I’m going to have to make to learn guitar. I hope I can hang when it gets really tough. The chords sound like the easy part. It’s the callous development that I’m scared of. Eep.

Tomorrow, I get to hang out with Emily (yoimemily). Should be some good times. Especially if we go to Maggie Moo’s. 🙂 I’m looking forward to spending time with her. It’s been too long since I’ve seen her!
