Brr

I’m cold, even under the electric throw set on medium, which usually roasts my butt.

And I’d even gone over to the rental office this morning with only my short-sleeved shirt on, some running pants, and a hat. I felt warmer then! Weird.

Now I’m trying to decide what to eat. The problem is that I really want a steak, but that would mean going out to the store (I like to get them fresh and cook them the same day I buy them). So, I’m thinking of having spaghetti, even though I’ve already had it twice last week. Or I could try to finish off all my bacon, but I had some of that last night before bed. Hmm. Maybe I’ll order myself a pizza! I love that I can do it online, no need to talk to anyone on the phone! Or wings! My mouth is starting to water. Must eat soon!

I was so tired yesterday. I mean, I was fighting, fighting sleep. And the morning was going so slowly. THEN I looked over and remembered that I had a Red Bull on my desk. I always drink the sugar-free one because it only has 10 calories. I swear, within two minutes, I was alert and wide awake and happy. Finished all my work, had a good lunch with Heather, and had a decent workday. The afternoon sped by!

I got home, played on the computer for a while, and then RANDOMLY crashed like crazy at 7pm-ish! I woke up after 9, played on the computer again, and then I went back to bed early, about 11pm or 11:30 or so. Slept in until just after 10am, got a package from Mommy & Daddy Selzer, and then got some stuff organized, and I’m ahead on that front! So hmm, maybe I SHOULD treat myself to a pizza or wings or both! So, maybe an order of mild buffalo wings, some taters, and a Meat Lovers Personal Pan Pizza from Pizza Slut Hut. That’ll be (at least) two meals for me. And now they have these cute little mini-fried apple pies! I will want those, too! Eeek!

My mouth really is watering now, as I peruse the Web site…. ๐Ÿ™‚

And, random Blogthing:

You Are a Dash

Your life is fast paced and varied. You are realistic, down to earth, and very honest.
You’re often busy doing something interesting, and what you do changes quickly.

You have many facets to your personality, and you connect them together well.
You have a ton of interests. While some of them are a bit offbeat, they all tie together well.

You friends rely on you to bring novelty and excitement to their lives.
(And while you’re the most interesting person they know, they can’t help feeling like they don’t know you well.)

You excel in: Anything to do with money

You get along best with: the Exclamation Point

What is UP with all these quizzes telling me I’m good with money??

Okay, food ordered. Didn’t get the little pies, though. I really want a chocolate brownie with M&Ms, or ANYthing cakey and chocolately with M&Ms involved. Hmm, I do have cake mix, eggs, and oil. Maybe I can arrange something….

Anyway, food’ll be here in about 30 minutes. YAY. ๐Ÿ˜€

‘Til next time!

It Has Begun

Today, I packed 11 boxes. Those boxes are full of DVDs, books, and videotapes. But they’re all packed, except for a book for me to read, and some DVDs for Aidan to watch when he is here. The books were the hardest. Even after putting aside two heaping laundry baskets full to sell, I still had more boxes than I wanted. I’d wanted three to five boxes of books, but I have seven. Fortunately, there will be plenty of room for all my books and other media, as I am taking three huge bookcases with me.

We have stores around here with which I can make a little bit of money getting rid of things. New Uses is a used general store, and I can take things like my phones, my answering machine, lamps, etc. there. Half Price Books for books, and Once Upon a Child for toys. I also plan to dump a bunch of stuff onto Chris. The rest will be given away. Goodwill will be seeing a lot of me over the next four weeks.

The hardest rooms will be the kitchen, my bedroom, and all the crappy little stupid things that I never know what to do with them, like wires and computer things. Next week, I plan to buy plastic bins, heavy duty trash bags, and lots of tape and stuff. It’s time for me to just… bust it out.

Holy crap. In a month, Adam and Andy will be here. I packed 11 boxes, but I feel like I need to do more right this moment. But I actually need to eat.

This is the biggest move of my life, guys. I’m freaking out a bit.
