“Food should be fun. These potatoes are not fun.” – Snoozin today at lunch.

I ate entirely too much for lunch. I had a WHOLE roast beast sammich on wheat (I usually only get half) with yellow mustard and lettuce, a salad, Sun Chips, and a granola bar. I’m a little bit full right now. Little bit.

She was brave, though. Trying potato pancakes and brussel sprouts from the cafeteria. I have to give her props for that.

Fewer than three hours ’til I get to go home. Thank goodness. I’m getting restless again. Must be an after lunch thing.

So, I went to lunch, REALLY needing to decompress and relax and just take it easy. I got a roast beast sammich on wheat with lettuce and mustard, salad, Sun Chips, and chocolate cake.

I ate a lot!

Then I read. My lunchtime novel is called Retail Therapy and it’s hilarious. I ate and read and totally relaxed and listened to Aria in my iPod and I’m now totally chill.

THEN to make things better, I ran into the cute IT guy as I was heading to the elevator. What a pretty man.

AND the sun is out! Oh, and Wicked is in for me at the library. I’m going to pick it up after work.

🙂 I feel loved. THREE invites for me tonight. Everyone wants a piece of me. Heehee. Considering that a year ago I felt unbelievably alone, this is amazing and wonderful.

It’s nice to feel happy again. Maybe I can make it last a little bit longer this time.

Freedom starts tonight. It’s so quiet, save Lucy’s purring and the hum of the computer. And my typing of course.

I checked out “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” and the sequel from the library today. I’m already halfway through Sisterhood, and I started reading it not even two hours ago. Good stuff, I love Young Adult fiction.

Had Max & Ermas for a late dinner. I’m regretting it. I’m not feeling so well, I’ve been to the bathroom twice already. Ick. Sometimes, I just get very sensitive like that.

I totally don’t want to go to work tomorrow, but I’d better. Oooo, I should take Monday off. Yes, I think I will. 🙂 Personal Days. Woohoo.

‘Cause God knows I worry too much.

Andy and I went and had lunch at Panera today. I forgot to get a cinammon crunch bagel, and when the line finally disappeared, I went and they were all gone! *sniffle* But I got chicken noodle soup, 1/2 asiago roast beef sandwich, and Aidan had chicken noodle soup which he LOVED! 🙂 After Panera was BEST BUY! Andy got me a wireless router so we can reconfigure my LAN and get rid of all the mess (modem, router, hub, and access point) and have only ONE thing to deal with if we have more internet/power/network fiascos. Fun, fun. He also nabbed a cute little DVD Player for $25! I played DDR there and a bunch of people were gathered around and watching me. I actually cleared the stage! 🙂 I used one of my gift cards and got “Mall of America” Tycoon. That should be fun. But what I’m looking for is a decent computer Scrabble game. One that is NOT online. Any suggestions, anyone?

After Best Buy, we went to Meijer where I got tons of cool stuff for under $40! I got 2 Disney pillows for 6.99 each, a toy for Aidan for really cheap, grape juice, toilet paper, and wine glasses. I LOVE Meijer’s clearances, especially the special Saturday deals when they offer up to 50% MORE off of the clearance prices! There was so much more I wanted, but I controlled myself. 😀
