from tarot.com:

Confront a belief that you have about yourself that prevents you from reaching your greatest success. Others may see you as a very positive person, yet you may be in a long shadow that hides the beauty of love, along with the rewards of hard work. Don’t be afraid to bring someone else into your process. A friend or a mentor can truly help you now on your inner journey.

this in my email at work:

“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.” – Franklin D. Roosevelt

Back when I was in therapy, my counselor and I established that I have a tendency to self-sabatoge. If I get a good thing going, I’ll do something to ruin it because deep down, I don’t believe I deserve the good thing. Adam and I talked a bit about that while he was here. I told him how I admired his confidence when he’s chasing his dreams. How could I get that confidence?

I have to believe I deserve to be happy, to chase my dreams and catch them. And KEEP them.

“I’ll help you get to that point,” he said. Then he looked closely at my face. “You don’t believe me, do you?”

I will fight anyone who tries to put me down. But I don’t fight me, the person who is most guilty of all.
